The Way I Work
My work is rooted in the understanding that meaningful outer change is the natural expression of inner transformation. Much of how we live, lead, and relate is informed by the ways we learned to navigate our world and the creative strategies we developed to belong and participate in life.
I work at the intersection of the psychological, somatic, energetic, and spiritual, supporting change that is deeply felt and sustainably lived. Rather than pushing for insight, we slow down and listen more closely. We bring attention into the body, becoming curious about what is ready to unfold emotionally, physiologically, and relationally in the present moment.
At the foundation of my work is an orientation toward consciousness. In my experience, lasting transformation is supported by a growing capacity for awareness of one’s inner life, patterns of perception, and relationship to meaning. This includes how thoughts, emotions, sensations, and values arise and interact as experience unfolds. My role is to support you in developing a direct, embodied relationship with what feels meaningful and true for you, and to help make that connection a practical, lived resource in everyday life.
My approach is intuitive and exacting. We work with language, memory, identity, and energy at the pace of the nervous system and the truth of the moment. This work isn’t about striving to improve yourself. It’s about inhabiting a more coherent and integrated version of who you already are. Here, change becomes something lived, not just understood.
Who I Work With
If you’ve found your way here, something in you is likely reaching for more.
More ease.
More aliveness.
More clarity in how you lead and live.
More honest connection in your relationships.
More truth in your choices.
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, purpose-driven individuals who are leading, building, guiding, or influencing others. You may have done a great deal of inner work already and sense that a deeper dimension of your life is now ready to come forward. There can be a quiet awareness that your life is ready to expand into a more resonant expression of what you value most.
People come to this work when they feel ready to grow, when curiosity, honesty, or a desire for new depth leads them to seek support. There is an orientation toward greater ease, meaning, and connection to themselves and to life, and a move toward living from presence rather than performance.
This work tends to resonate with those who sense that consciousness matters, not as an abstract idea, but as the living foundation for how we live, lead, and love.
This work is for those who sense there is a way of living that feels more aligned and are ready to step into it.
About Cheryl
For over three decades, I’ve walked alongside people as they navigate deep inner change through seasons of unfolding, awakening, and reorientation.
From an early age, I experienced life as animated by something unseen and deeply loving, something felt in the body, in nature, and in moments of stillness and devotion. That orientation has remained central to my life and work, supporting people in reconnecting with their own direct relationship to meaning, Spirit, and inner guidance, in whatever language feels true to them.
My path into this work was shaped by curiosity and lived experience. Like many, my encounters with the vulnerability and beauty of being human, and a desire for a life that felt more whole, led me toward a deeper exploration of consciousness, seeking ways to bring coherence, connection, and a felt sense of belonging into everyday life.
Over time, this led me to bridge worlds often kept separate: the spiritual and the psychological, the unseen and the everyday, devotion and practicality. I hold that consciousness isn’t simply an idea to understand, but a capacity that can be cultivated through practice, through meditation, contemplation, and sustained attention to the body and inner life.
I make my home between Santa Cruz, California, and Boulder, Colorado, living with my fiancé, our dog, and our cat. With our children now grown and thriving, much of what brings me alive is the ongoing exploration of consciousness, through my own inner work and through the privilege of accompanying others as they deepen their relationship with themselves.
